Wearlyo (“we”, “us”) operates this print-on-demand store. This page explains what information we collect when you browse or buy, and what we do with it. We aim to collect the minimum needed to sell you a shirt and get it to your door.

What we collect

  • Order information — your name, email address, and shipping address, plus the items you ordered. We need these to process and deliver your order.
  • Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes directly to Stripe and never touches our servers and is never stored by us. We only receive a confirmation that payment succeeded and a Stripe reference ID.
  • Analytics and advertising data — we may use analytics tools and advertising pixels (such as the Meta Pixel) that set cookies and collect standard usage data (pages viewed, device/browser type, approximate location, and events like adding an item to your cart). This helps us understand which designs people like and measure our ads.

How we share it

  • Fulfillment partners — your name, shipping address, and order details are shared with our print partner network (via Printify) so your items can be printed and shipped. That is the only reason they receive it.
  • Stripe — for payment processing.
  • Advertising platforms — pixel data as described above, subject to those platforms’ own policies.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send you marketing email unless you opt in. Transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping notification) are always sent.

Cookies

We use cookies for essential store functions (your cart, admin sessions) and, if enabled, for the analytics/advertising tools above. You can block non-essential cookies in your browser; the store will still work.

Data retention and your rights

We keep order records as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you (where the law allows deletion — we may need to keep basic order records).
